Shawn Ritter has worked in various areas of the Financial services industry since 1998. He started his career working for a Discount Investment Broker for 4 years as a licensed Registered Rep. Throughout his career he has held a variety of positions in the financial services industry including personal, small business and professional banking, investments and insurance. This has given him the opportunity to understand the needs of people from a variety of different perspectives.
Since 2005, Shawn has helped his clients navigate through some very volatile markets, keeping them focused on long term goals while still adapting to any unexpected short-term changes.

Austin currently holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Windsor. With an advanced certificate in 3H Financial Planning™ through FP Canada and a certificate in advanced Investment advice through the Canadian Securities Institute, Austin is well-equipped to guide clients through their financial journeys. Austin will be writing the Certified Financial Planner designation ® (CFP) exam this year and the Chartered Financial Analyst level 1 exam in 2025 to further enhance his expertise.
